Our Commitment to Equine Dentistry
Dr. Moore has been regularly traveling the world both learning and sharing knowledge in equine dentistry. He is a firm believer that hands-on skills like equilibration and surgery must be performed on live horses with experienced colleagues to create a healthy feedback loop of constructive criticism that allows all involved to increase their capabilities.
Transparency of knowledge and skills is essential to determine a clinician’s competence. Speaking abstractly in a conference setting is very different from performing a live tooth extraction in front of experienced colleagues. Dr. Moore welcomes the opportunity to share techniques in both lecture and wetlab formats.
